Experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Boca. This remote opportunity allows you to demonstrate genuine hospitality and deliver exceptional customer service while mixing, garnishing, and serving drinks according to company specifications. As an Experienced Craft Cocktail Bartender, you will play a vital role in enhancing the guest experience at our bar and restaurant.

What You'll Do

• Maintain complete knowledge of BOCA food and beverage preparation, menu, and specials.
• Take orders for alcoholic (21+) and non-alcoholic beverages and food items.
• Prepare orders for drinks and ensure timely service.
• Utilize a computer to ring orders into a POS system.
• Refill drinks as requested by customers and ensure a clean workstation.
• Interact with customers, management, and co-workers in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Check identification of guests to ensure they are of legal age to consume alcoholic beverages.
• Maintain adherence to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Previous bartending experience is preferred.
• Strong customer service skills and ability to interact positively with guests.
• Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Nice to Have

• Certification in bartending or mixology.
• Experience with POS systems.
• Knowledge of wine and beer pairings.
