About the Role

We are seeking talented and creative individuals to join our community as EU-Freelancers in Inbound Customer Service - Remote. In this role, you will handle and process incoming customer calls independently and efficiently, ensuring a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Manage incoming customer inquiries and provide exceptional service.
  • Document and maintain all customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Communicate professionally, friendly, and service-oriented with customers.
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction at the highest level.
  • Work remotely from the EU (outside Germany) or plan to relocate.

Requirements

  • Must have a secure workspace that is not visible or accessible to others.
  • Possess a stable internet connection of at least 50 Mbit/s (via cable).
  • Have initial experience in customer service.
  • Excellent German language skills (C1/C2 level).
  • Independent working style and high reliability.
