About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated EU-Freelancer Customer Advisor to join our team in providing exceptional inbound customer service for prepaid mobile services. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere within the EU (excluding Germany). As a Customer Advisor, you will handle inbound calls regarding prepaid services and tariff issues, ensuring customer satisfaction and support.

What You'll Do

Requirements

  • Strong German language skills (C1 level or higher).
  • Experience in telephone customer service is a plus.
  • Self-organized and disciplined work style.
  • Ability to issue monthly invoices and maintain a valid VAT ID.
  • Stable internet connection and necessary equipment for remote work.
