What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary interface between business stakeholders and service delivery teams.
• Align business priorities with HR/Payroll system capabilities.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and system enhancements.
• Oversee requirements gathering, documentation, and change management processes.
• Provide regular system status updates and communicate critical operational events.
• Lead capacity planning and manage project pipeline effectively.
• Act as escalation point for high-priority system issues.
• Manage multiple HR/Payroll-related projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 3+ years of ERP Project Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience with PeopleSoft HCM 9.2, including HR, Benefits Administration, Payroll & Compensation.
• Experience working in application management or outsourced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in complex organizations.
• Ability to collaborate across all organizational levels.

Nice to Have

• Experience with timekeeping systems (e.g., Kronos).
• Familiarity with talent management or learning systems.
• Experience in public sector environments.
