About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Epic Onsite Learning Consultant - Remote to join our dynamic team. As an Epic Onsite Learning Consultant, you will play a crucial role in transforming the way healthcare professionals engage with technology.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement customized training programs for healthcare staff using Epic systems.
• Facilitate engaging learning sessions that promote best practices in electronic health records.
• Conduct needs analysis to tailor content and strategies to client requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of learning initiatives.
• Provide ongoing support and mentorship to clients post-training to ensure successful adoption of EHR systems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a learning consultant or similar role, specifically with Epic systems.
• Strong understanding of healthcare informatics and electronic health records.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Proficiency in SQL and data analysis.
• Ability to engage stakeholders and manage client relationships effectively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with NextGen or other EHR systems.
• Certification in Epic Willow Ambulatory.
• Knowledge of medical billing and coding processes.
