What You'll Do

• Assist in research and analysis for various environmental planning projects.
• Draft technical reports and documentation to ensure compliance with CEQA and NEPA.
• Collaborate with experienced professionals and project teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Participate in flexible work arrangements, including both remote and in-office work.
• Engage in networking opportunities through the EEPIC program.
• Contribute to improving processes and workflows within the team.
• Gain insights into environmental compliance processes and best practices.

Requirements

• Recent graduate with a degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Policy, Urban Planning, or a related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Creativity and enthusiasm for consulting work.
• Interest in environmental compliance processes is a plus.
