Environment Manager - Remote Opportunity at HUGO BOSS

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and driven Environment Manager to join our team at HUGO BOSS. This remote opportunity allows you to work closely with our Environmental Impact Team to steer climate action initiatives across the supply chain, focusing on decarbonization, supplier engagement, and governance.

What You'll Do

• Lead the development and implementation of climate change mitigation initiatives.
• Manage the Decarbonization Commitment for supply chain partners.
• Ensure progress on coal phase-out and transition to renewable energy sources.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners on environmental impact data collection.
• Conduct annual water risk assessments for water-intensive suppliers.
• Prepare insightful reports and presentations for management, translating complex climate topics into clear messages.
• Support Scope 3 emissions inventory and ESG reporting for the supply chain.
• Engage in feasibility studies to identify financial opportunities for investments.

Requirements

• Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks related to environment and sustainability.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Advanced Excel skills for managing and analyzing large data sets.
• Attention to detail and ability to translate complex topics into actionable insights.
• Fluency in English; German is a plus.
