• Maintain and update customer accounts and order data.
• Communicate with customers regarding product availability, delivery dates, and order status.
• Verify order confirmations and invoices for accuracy.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to orders and deliveries quickly and effectively.
• Regularly review system data to ensure data quality.
• Coordinate projects and inventory management for upcoming projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Completed commercial training or equivalent.
• Experience in order processing, logistics, or customer service, preferably in the construction industry.
• Excellent organizational skills and a structured work approach.
• Strong customer orientation and communication skills.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
