About the Role

We are seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our enterprise clients have a seamless onboarding experience. As an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and help them navigate our platform effectively.

What You'll Do

• Lead the onboarding process for enterprise clients, ensuring they are set up for success.
• Utilize your expertise in SQL and data manipulation to assist clients with their data integration needs.
• Provide training and support to clients, helping them understand our ERP and accounting software.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience and address client feedback.
• Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation roles.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products and enterprise software.
• Proficient in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
• Excellent communication and training skills.
• Ability to manage projects effectively and work independently in a remote environment.

• Experience with automation tools and project management software.
• Familiarity with accounting software.
• Previous experience in a startup environment.
