About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist - Remote to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our enterprise clients have a seamless onboarding experience. As an Enterprise Onboarding Specialist, you will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and help them navigate our platform effectively.
What You'll Do
- Lead the onboarding process for enterprise clients, ensuring they are set up for success.
- Utilize your expertise in SQL and data manipulation to assist clients with their data integration needs.
- Provide training and support to clients, helping them understand our ERP and accounting software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the onboarding experience and address client feedback.
- Manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in customer onboarding or implementation roles.
- Strong understanding of SaaS products and enterprise software.
- Proficient in SQL and data manipulation techniques.
- Excellent communication and training skills.
- Ability to manage projects effectively and work independently in a remote environment.
