Enterprise Account Executive – EMEA (Remote)
About the Role
We are seeking an Enterprise Account Executive – EMEA to join our dynamic team at Sourcegraph. This remote position offers a unique opportunity to work with a globally distributed team, focusing on empowering developers through our powerful code intelligence platform. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the EMEA region.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute a territory plan targeting net-new logo accounts while enhancing existing customer relationships.
- Engage with key stakeholders across Customer Engineering, Technical Success, Product, and Legal teams to facilitate successful deal cycles.
- Articulate the value of our Core Search products to align with prospect engineering and business objectives.
- Build trusted advisor relationships with champions and decision-makers to accelerate product adoption.
- Negotiate complex enterprise proposals and contracts, providing market insights to influence our product roadmap.
- Own the full sales cycle, consistently meeting and exceeding pipeline and revenue objectives.
- Mentor and support new Account Executives, fostering a collaborative team environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years of B2B SaaS or software sales experience.
- 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Account Executive.
- Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a strategic sales environment.
- Experience selling complex solutions with an average selling price of $100k or more.
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging with both technical and executive audiences.
- Passion for developer productivity and a deep understanding of software development concepts.
Nice to Have
- Experience selling developer or engineering-focused products.
- Familiarity with CI/CD, version control, or DevOps tooling.
- Knowledge of security, licensing, and compliance requirements.
