About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead our Partnerships Engineering team in a fully remote capacity. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our partnerships through effective technical communication and collaboration. What You'll Do

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers focused on developing and integrating APIs and SDKs for our partners.
• Oversee the technical aspects of partnership projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer experience through effective solutions.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in engineering management, specifically in partnerships or integrations.
• Strong understanding of SaaS infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Proven track record in team leadership and project coordination.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience in cybersecurity and technical customer support is a plus.
