Engineering Manager - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager - Remote to lead our product engineering team at InStride Health. This role offers a unique opportunity to work in a fully remote environment while making a significant impact in the mental health care sector for children and adolescents.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage a product engineering team focused on developing scalable software systems.
• Collaborate with the product team to scope and deliver technical projects that align with our mission.
• Oversee the design and development of robust integrations with third-party systems.
• Mentor full-stack engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Diagnose and resolve production issues quickly to maintain high service standards.
• Drive the team to push new features and code with every iteration, ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams in a remote setting.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and conducting code reviews.
• Experience in Healthcare Technologies is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI/ML integrations is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of data integrations and APIs.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to prioritize projects effectively.
• Proficiency in debugging production issues in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with the tech stack used at InStride Health is a plus.
