Engineering Manager - Chainlink Deployments (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Engineering Manager for Chainlink Deployments to lead our talented team in a fully remote environment. As an Engineering Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of decentralized finance (DeFi) by overseeing the development and maintenance of the Chainlink Deployments Platform. This position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and make a significant impact in the blockchain ecosystem.

What You'll Do

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Software and SRE engineers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
• Drive the ongoing development and improvement of the Chainlink Deployments framework, focusing on cross-chain contract deployment and configuration.
• Define clear operational standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency and reliability in deployments.
• Collaborate closely with product, infrastructure, and data platform teams to solve integration challenges and streamline data flows.
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration by providing transparent documentation and intuitive self-service tooling.
• Champion best practices in reliability, security, scalability, and maintainability across the team.
• Manage team productivity and project delivery through effective planning and agile methodologies.
• Recruit, onboard, and grow top engineering talent, enhancing the team's capabilities and culture.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience managing engineering teams focused on deployment frameworks and operational tooling.
• Strong understanding of secure contract management and multisig operations in decentralized environments.
• Demonstrated ability to define and implement operational standards and self-service tooling.
• Experience collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• A servant-leadership approach that empowers teams to achieve excellence.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving technologies.

• Hands-on experience in blockchain technologies and decentralized applications.
