About the Role

We are seeking an Engineering Lead for Security Operations to join Anchorage Digital, a leading crypto platform. This Engineering Lead role is pivotal in driving the growth of our security engineering team and ensuring the highest standards of security across our operations. As an Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for mentoring team members, refining our security roadmap, and fostering a culture of excellence in security practices.

What You'll Do

Requirements

  • 8+ years of technical experience in security engineering or software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

  • Experience leading distributed teams across varying time zones.
  • Ability to provide technical guidance while managing people and processes.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Go, or Bash.
