Employee Relations Investigations Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking an Employee Relations Investigations Manager - Remote to lead a global team of investigators. In this pivotal role, you will enhance the strategic direction and operational excellence of investigative services, ensuring ethical compliance and effective handling of employee relations cases.
What You'll Do
- Manage a global team of investigators, providing consultation and direction for cases across the team.
- Develop strategies for Employee Relations Investigations based on case volumes and business needs.
- Analyze data trends and create proactive action plans for key stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Field HR to manage investigative processes and provide coaching.
- Ensure consistent handling of case outcomes in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Identify trends and emerging issues that may require future investigative activity.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and company policies/procedures.
- Support the development and measurement of goals for continuous improvement of investigative programs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 8+ years in investigations or similar roles.
- Experience leading teams and familiarity with Navex/AIMs systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft tools for effective communication materials.
- Experience in analyzing data to tell compelling stories.
- Field HR experience preferred; Labor Relations/MFG experience is a plus.
