EMEA Field Marketing Associate - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are excited to announce an opening for an EMEA Field Marketing Associate to join our dynamic team at Agilent Technologies. This remote position is perfect for recent graduates eager to gain experience in the marketing field within a scientific and regulated environment. As an EMEA Field Marketing Associate, you will support various marketing initiatives in our Diagnostics & Clinical segment, contributing to our mission of improving the quality of life through advanced scientific solutions.

What You'll Do

• Assist in prospecting and engaging with pathologists and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to promote marketing and educational initiatives.
• Manage regulatory approval processes by preparing documentation, submitting materials for review, and coordinating comment resolution.
• Support the preparation and coordination of promotional materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Regulatory, Medical, Legal, Sales, and Technical Support to ensure timely and compliant approval of marketing assets.
• Work closely with the Senior Marketing Program Manager to execute marketing strategies effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, biochemistry, life sciences, or related fields.
• A master’s degree in marketing or business with a focus on clinical markets is a plus.
• Preferred experience or knowledge related to clinical diagnostics and regulated environments.
• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, capable of summarizing complex topics clearly.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and general business applications.
