Elite Dual Fuel Commercial Metering Engineer - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an Elite Dual Fuel Commercial Metering Engineer to join our dynamic team at Yü Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to work remotely while ensuring the safe and efficient delivery of gas and electricity metering services. As an Elite Dual Fuel Commercial Metering Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in redefining the metering engineering landscape, with clear pathways for career progression and industry-leading training.

What You'll Do

• Conduct friendly debt resolution visits to support customers, ensuring a positive experience.
• Alternate between attending Warrants as the on-site engineer and acting as the Warrant Officer, always with support.
• Receive full technical support and ongoing mentoring, with opportunities to upskill in Three-Phase, Medium Pressure, and Half-Hourly/CT Metering.
• Take responsibility for the safe installation, exchange, commissioning, removal, and maintenance of metering systems and associated equipment.
• Deliver professional customer interactions, reflecting our values in every visit.
• Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations, metering standards, and company procedures.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to achieve team and business goals.
• Engage in ongoing development through technical training and mentoring opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven Smart Metering (Dual Fuel) experience.
• Industry Qualifications: CMA1/CCN1 + MET1 (or equivalent).
• Certificate in Power (Logic or equivalent).
• UK Driving Licence and ability to pass a colour blindness test.
• Pass a DBS check.

Nice to Have

• MET4 – Small commercial gas metering.
• Current Transformer (CT) experience.
• Three Phase qualifications.
• REGT1 – Medium Pressure.
