About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Educational Specialist for School Support to join our team remotely. As an Educational Specialist, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to foster an environment of growth and opportunity.

What You'll Do

• Support students with disabilities in their daily school activities and during transportation to and from school.
• Provide emotional and social support to students, helping them navigate challenges in the classroom and during breaks.
• Facilitate communication and social interactions among students to enhance their educational experience.
• Assist in conflict resolution and promote independence among students.
• Collaborate with teachers and educational coordinators to develop strategies that meet the individual needs of each student.

Requirements

• A degree in Education, Social Work, or a related field.
• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly those with special needs.
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills, with a commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and demonstrate responsibility.
• Willingness to engage in self-reflection and professional development.
