Domain AI Engineer - Remote Position for Crypto and Finance

What You'll Do

• Train, fine-tune, and optimize large language models (LLMs) specifically for Web3 and finance applications.
• Design model distillation pipelines to enhance efficiency and performance.
• Build vertical AI agents, assistants, and copilots that cater to the cryptocurrency and financial domains.
• Conduct model reinforcement learning and implement enhancements for real-time production.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into production products.

Requirements

• Strong background in Computer Science, AI, or Machine Learning.
• Hands-on experience in training and fine-tuning LLMs, including techniques like SFT and RLHF.
• Familiarity with RAG architectures and production deployment.
• Proficient in Python and experienced with frameworks such as PyTorch and Transformers.
• Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required for collaboration with teams in China.

Nice to Have

• Experience in finance, trading, quantitative analysis, or Web3 applications.
• Experience building AI agents or complex AI systems.
• Experience with model distillation or inference optimization.
• Experience deploying AI systems at scale.
