About the Role

We are seeking a Doctoral Writing Center Lead - Remote to join our innovative academic team. What You'll Do

• Lead the Doctoral Writing Center, providing guidance and support to students in their academic writing journey.
• Develop and implement training programs for faculty and staff on effective writing support strategies.
• Oversee quality assurance processes to ensure high standards in writing support services.
• Utilize tools such as Moodle, Zoom, and Google Workspace to facilitate remote learning and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance curriculum development and academic resources.

Requirements

• Master's degree or higher in a relevant field, with a strong background in academic writing and editing.
• 5+ years of experience in academic leadership or writing support roles.
• Proficiency in APA 7th Edition formatting and academic writing standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service.
• Experience with digital marketing and SEO strategies is a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience in dissertation coaching or supervision.
• Familiarity with academic records and FERPA compliance.
• Knowledge of clinical research and regulatory documents.
