About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to join our team at Pfizer, a role that combines strategic leadership with operational excellence. This remote position is pivotal in driving the strategic and operational agenda for the Pfizer Brand & Agency Partnerships (PBAP) team, ensuring clarity, speed, and impact in our initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Serve as a strategic partner and advisor to the Head of PBAP, providing analysis and recommendations to drive key decisions.
• Lead the development and execution of the PBAP operating plan, including goal setting and tracking of strategic initiatives.
• Oversee critical cross-functional projects, defining scope, timelines, and success metrics to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and enhance team effectiveness.
• Act as a liaison between the PBAP leadership team and internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in marketing, brand, or strategy roles.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
• Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to senior leadership.
• Proven track record of managing multiple high-priority initiatives with attention to quality.

Nice to Have

• Experience with brand, creative, or marketing technology functions.
• Familiarity with web platforms and content strategy.
• Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
