About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Revenue Marketing - Remote to join our innovative team at Medical Informatics Engineering (MIE). Founded in 1995, MIE is a leader in health information technology solutions, dedicated to enhancing healthcare delivery through our web-based platform. As a Director of Revenue Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in architecting revenue engines in complex enterprise B2B environments, directly impacting our growth and success.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and own the full-funnel revenue engine, ensuring alignment between Marketing and Sales.
  • Define Qualified Accounts and optimize lifecycle conversion to drive measurable improvements in conversion rates.
  • Implement signal-driven outbound programs to enhance lead generation.
  • Redesign the marketing-to-revenue model to support enterprise growth.
  • Own measurable marketing pipeline contributions across segments and continuously reallocate spend based on ROI performance.
  • Build and scale account-based marketing (ABM/ABX) programs.
  • Drive insights and present findings to executive leadership, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
  • Manage HubSpot Enterprise architecture and reporting dashboards effectively.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 8–12+ years of experience in B2B revenue marketing.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise B2B sales cycles and strong CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Demonstrated ownership of pipeline metrics and experience implementing account-based programs.
  • Strong analytical skills and performance optimization capabilities.
  • Ability to partner effectively with Sales Operations and present insights to executive leadership.
  • HubSpot certifications are preferred.

  • Familiarity with additional marketing automation tools.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth in a remote work environment.
