• Create engaging short videos and reels using AI tools to promote our initiatives.
• Set up and manage automated webinars to educate users on our digital coaching tools.
• Implement media monitoring strategies with AI agents to track brand performance.
• Collaborate closely with a team in a startup environment, fostering a culture of innovation.
• Engage in personal development activities through scientific methods and practices.
• Participate in team events and contribute to various marketing tasks to gain comprehensive experience.

Requirements

• Education or current studies in Marketing, Psychology, Digital Health, or related fields.
• A willingness to learn and take on diverse tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in contributing to a startup and its mission of personal transformation.
• Some work experience in marketing or related fields is preferred.
• Strong values such as openness, reliability, and responsibility.
• Residency in Germany for occasional meetings in Cologne.
• Availability for 3-6 months, preferably part-time.
