About the Role

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop the presales team, mentoring professionals to achieve sales objectives.
• Drive technical win rates by collaborating with sales leaders and coaching account teams.
• Enhance presales processes by identifying inefficiencies and implementing standardized operational procedures.
• Develop presales collateral to respond to sales and prospect demand.
• Ensure strategic alignment of team activities with Camunda’s organizational goals.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical sales leadership role.
• Strong understanding of Camunda’s products and services or similar BPM solutions.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of aligning team efforts with organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise automation, BPM, or similar domains.
• Familiarity with value-based selling and conducting value workshops.
• Industry experience in BFSI, Telecommunications, or Logistics.
