What You'll Do

• Provide effective leadership and oversight across nursing, day procedure, and clinical support teams.

• Foster a collaborative and accountable culture with a strong focus on staff engagement and capability.
• Ensure compliance with relevant clinical, legislative, and accreditation standards.
• Build strong partnerships with VMOs and operational leaders to support effective patient flow and service planning.

Requirements

• Experienced nursing leader with a history of managing high-performing clinical teams.
• Strong knowledge of elective surgery, day procedures, and short-stay care.
• Ability to lead across multiple functions including oncology, perioperative services, and quality systems.
• Approachable, proactive, and solutions-focused leadership style.
• Commitment to clinical excellence and empowering teams to deliver outstanding care.

Nice to Have

• Experience in a hospital setting known for high standards of care.
• Familiarity with accreditation processes and compliance standards.
• Previous roles in operational leadership within healthcare.
