About the Role

We are seeking a Director of New Verticals to join our team at EliseAI. In this role, you will lead initiatives to identify, incubate, and scale new products and market opportunities. This position is crucial as we aim to enhance our offerings in the housing and healthcare sectors through innovative AI solutions. As a Director of New Verticals remote professional, you will guide strategic direction and ensure alignment across the organization.

What You'll Do

• Lead market research, feasibility analyses, and competitive assessments to identify and prioritize opportunities.
• Develop and own go-to-market strategies, including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch execution.
• Manage the New Verticals team, ensuring project milestones are met and strategic objectives are achieved.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure successful execution of product launches.
• Continuously monitor market trends and customer feedback to iterate and optimize product strategies.

Requirements

• 9-10+ years of experience in product strategy, corporate strategy, consulting, or product management in technology or high-growth startups.
• Proven track record of launching and scaling new products or business lines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, leveraging data for decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Autonomous and proactive, comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments.
