Director of Marketing - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

Vivid Technology is seeking a Director of Marketing to join our dynamic team in a fully remote capacity. This Director of Marketing remote position offers a unique opportunity to lead marketing initiatives for a fast-growing, data-driven technology company that is transforming global connectivity transactions. You will work closely with hundreds of partners, making a direct and measurable impact on the business.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute all marketing initiatives end-to-end, ensuring alignment with business goals.
• Lead events, digital campaigns, email marketing, social media, public relations, and collateral development.
• Track and optimize campaign performance using HubSpot and other analytics tools.
• Manage lead generation programs, vendor relationships, and the overall marketing budget.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Operations teams to drive growth and enhance market presence.
• Oversee 1-2 direct reports while maintaining a hands-on approach to marketing execution.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within tech, SaaS, telecom, or connectivity sectors.
• Strong execution mindset with a proven ability to roll up your sleeves and get the job done.
• Experience with marketing analytics and CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
• Demonstrated capability to drive pipeline growth and measure marketing impact effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
