About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to join Curri in a remote capacity. In this pivotal role, you will build and lead a modern marketing function that transforms Curri’s brand and growth strategies into a revenue-driving engine. As a strategic partner, you will shape how Curri presents itself in the market, enabling faster and smarter operations.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on lead generation and customer acquisition across various channels.
• Own Curri’s brand identity and content strategy, ensuring a consistent voice across all platforms.
• Lead the go-to-market strategy for new products, conducting market research and developing compelling product messaging.
• Mentor and guide the existing marketing team, fostering skill development and collaboration.
• Establish key performance dashboards to track marketing effectiveness and inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to align on business goals and marketing metrics.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of the entire marketing funnel, from brand awareness to conversions.
• Proven track record in scaling marketing functions in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Experience managing and mentoring a marketing team.
• Familiarity with SQL is a plus.

• Experience in logistics, supply chain, or construction technology industries.
• Prior brand-building experience at a recognizable company.
