Director of Growth Finance - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Growth Finance - Remote to join our innovative team. In this role, you will lead financial strategies that drive growth and performance across our organization. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing financial analysis, investment decisions, and strategic finance initiatives that align with our business objectives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support growth initiatives and performance management.
• Lead financial modeling and analysis to inform investment decisions and business strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial goals and objectives.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market analysis and financial performance.

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in finance, with a focus on growth finance and strategic planning.
• Proven track record in financial modeling, analysis, and performance management.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare finance landscape and SaaS business models.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Nice to Have

• Experience in corporate development or FP&A roles.
• Familiarity with financial operations and compliance in the healthcare sector.
• Advanced degree in finance, business administration, or a related field.
