You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that our AI strategies align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive AI strategy that aligns with LLR’s value creation goals.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute AI initiatives that enhance customer engagement and drive business growth.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to inform AI strategy and execution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and ROI.
  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI initiatives, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  • Serve as a thought leader in AI strategy, representing LLR Partners at industry conferences and events.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering their growth in AI and data analytics.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in AI strategy, data science, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of leading successful AI initiatives that drive business value.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in consulting, private equity, or a similar environment is highly desirable.
  • Deep understanding of AI technologies and their application in business contexts.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a focus on team development and performance.

Nice to Have
