About the Role

We are seeking a Digital Projects Delivery Partner to join our team remotely. This role is crucial for the end-to-end delivery of digital solutions that align with Woodside's strategic objectives. As a Digital Projects Delivery Partner, you will interact with a broad range of stakeholders across the business to deliver digital outcomes that drive real business value.

What You'll Do

  • Support the Digital Engagement & Discovery team in framing opportunities by providing delivery considerations such as priority, timeline, and resource allocation.
  • Perform business analysis to understand requirements and conduct solution alternative analysis.
  • Develop Digital Solution Proposals to support investment decisions for project execution.
  • Monitor project delivery to ensure it meets agreed business outcomes and aligns with Woodside Management System (WMS) frameworks.
  • Manage project delivery resources and ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Proactively manage project risks and issues to minimize setbacks.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation to support project delivery and progress reporting.
  • Ensure successful solution transition to operations as part of delivery execution.

Requirements

  • Considerable hands-on experience in digital project management and delivery.
  • Exposure to the resources sector and proven expertise in collaborative teams.
  • Excellent people leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong commercial acumen in vendor and contract management.
  • A commitment to continuous improvement and Woodside’s values.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with offshore service providers.
  • Knowledge of digital sourcing strategies.
