About the Role

We are seeking a talented Digital Product Designer - Remote to join our dynamic team at MetaJive Design Corporation. In this role, you will be responsible for creating innovative digital experiences that resonate with users and drive engagement. What You'll Do

  • Design intuitive and engaging user interfaces for web and mobile applications.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using tools like Figma.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and alignment with business goals.
  • Implement design systems and maintain consistency across digital products.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital product design.
  • Utilize A/B testing and analytics to optimize user flows and enhance product performance.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience as a Digital Product Designer or similar role.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches.
  • Ability to create and maintain design systems.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in cross-functional teams.
  • Portfolio showcasing your design process and final products.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing.
  • Knowledge of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Familiarity with PHP, Laravel, or Craft CMS.
