Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist - German Speaking
About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist to join our team and support high-value customers by implementing optimization strategies and data-driven digital marketing solutions. This Digital Marketing Optimization Specialist remote position will primarily focus on Google Ads and performance analysis across multiple Google products.
What You'll Do
- Implement optimization solutions and strategies for high-value customers.
- Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns, mainly Google Ads.
- Create keyword packs, bid strategies, and budget recommendations.
- Analyze data and trends to generate actionable insights.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Develop expertise across Google products (Search Network, Mobile, YouTube).
Requirements
- Minimum 12 months of experience in digital advertising optimization.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads.
- Experience with Facebook, TikTok, or other platforms is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset and KPI understanding.
- Good Excel knowledge.
- Ability to work in a performance-driven environment.
- Native or near-native German (C2) is required for this role.
Nice to Have
- Experience with additional digital marketing tools.
- Familiarity with SEO practices.
- Knowledge of analytics tools beyond Google Analytics.
What We Offer
- Annual Base Salary: 23,000 € gross.
- Yearly Target Bonus: 5% of annual gross base salary.
- Language Premium: 3,240 € / year.
- Meal Allowance: 7.63 € per working day.
- Transportation Allowance: 720 € / year.

- Permanent contract with a 180-day probation period.
- Relocation support available for candidates outside Lisbon or Portugal.
