We are seeking a Digital Marketing Data Analyst - Remote to join our innovative team at Quorum Federal Credit Union. In this role, you will leverage your analytical skills to transform complex data into actionable insights that drive marketing strategies and enhance consumer engagement. What You'll Do

  • Collect, aggregate, and normalize data from various marketing platforms, CRM systems, and financial databases.
  • Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Google Analytics (GA4) to provide real-time insights into marketing performance.
  • Automate reporting processes to ensure data quality and integrity across all platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends and recommend optimization strategies.
  • Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear business insights.
  • Mentor junior analysts, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration within the team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in data analytics, particularly in marketing or customer analytics.
  • Strong proficiency in digital analytics platforms such as GA4, HubSpot, and business intelligence tools like Power BI.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey data-driven insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Experience with data governance and privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) is a plus.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with financial services or banking industry metrics.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Looker.
  • Knowledge of event tagging via Google Tag Manager.
