What You'll Do

• Serve as a trusted advisor to onboard new clients and develop high-performing PPC campaigns.
• Make outbound calls to promote and sell advertising services tailored to the German market.
• Understand customer objectives and propose customized marketing solutions to meet their needs.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships while increasing campaign spend and upselling services.
• Create, maintain, and update customer databases accurately to ensure effective communication.
• Handle a high volume of client interactions daily via phone and email, ensuring timely responses.
• Identify opportunities for growth and advocacy within your customer base to enhance client satisfaction.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree (MA/MSc in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, digital marketing, or customer success.
• German – C2 and English – C1/C2 level proficiency is essential for this role.
• Proven ability to work independently and deliver measurable results in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong CRM and client relationship management experience.
• Comfortable using AI-driven tools to personalize outreach and improve efficiency.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an analytical mindset to interpret data and market trends.
• Confident, proactive, and adaptable team player.
