DevOps Engineer - AI-Augmented Infrastructure

About the Role

We are seeking a talented DevOps Engineer to join our team remotely. This DevOps Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment. You will be instrumental in redefining wealth management through our innovative, data-driven platform.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement scalable multi-tenant infrastructure architecture on AWS.
• Optimize CI/CD pipelines to improve build success rates and reduce deployment times.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and Ansible.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and implement GitOps practices.
• Build and maintain comprehensive monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions.
• Implement cost optimization strategies and FinOps practices.
• Ensure security best practices including secrets management.
• Integrate AI into infrastructure workflows to accelerate automation development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a DevOps/SRE role with strong hands-on experience in AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proficiency with Terraform and Helm charts for Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions preferred).
• Strong problem-solving skills and initiative to tackle infrastructure challenges.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to writing clean, maintainable infrastructure code.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across engineering teams.
• Professional working proficiency in Russian and English.

Nice to Have

• Experience with multi-tenant SaaS architectures at scale.
• Familiarity with Claude Code or demonstrated proficiency in AI-augmented workflows.
• FinOps certification or experience in cost optimization.
• Knowledge of service mesh technologies (Istio/Linkerd).
