Delivery Manager - Remote Opportunity at Bestarion

About the Role

We are seeking a Delivery Manager remote to join our team at Bestarion, a leading outsourcing company in Vietnam. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operational discipline of your team, ensuring compliance with Bestarion and client management standards. You will work closely with software engineers and clients to deliver high-quality technology solutions.

What You'll Do

• Ensure attendance and time governance, conducting weekly audits to maintain compliance with working hours.
• Track performance and deliver daily status reports, ensuring data integrity and quality assessments.
• Drive customer value-add initiatives and organize knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team collaboration.
• Manage customer shielding and offloading to reduce management overhead for clients.
• Focus on professional development, implementing training plans to improve employee skills and well-being.
• Maintain rigorous reporting to management, covering team progress and compliance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
• 5+ years of experience in delivery-focused roles such as Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and delivery governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English, with experience working directly with US clients.
• Strong Agile/Scrum expertise and ability to review technical work at a high level.

Nice to Have

• PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certifications.
• Experience managing cross-functional and distributed teams.
• High ownership and discipline with a customer-first mindset.
