About the Role

We are seeking a Data Manager II - R Programming (Remote) to join our innovative team at Simulations Plus. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data management and R programming to support scientific and clinical data projects. As a Data Manager II, you will work remotely from Poland and contribute to global project teams, ensuring high-quality data outputs that align with project objectives.

What You'll Do

• Independently execute assigned tasks related to data management, ensuring adherence to study protocols and data quality standards.
• Utilize R programming for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting, creating datasets based on study protocols and analysis plans.
• Collaborate with senior data managers to develop complex datasets and perform exploratory data analyses.
• Apply AI-assisted tools to enhance data analysis processes and validate results in regulated environments.
• Communicate effectively with project leaders and team members, providing insights and recommendations based on data findings.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in data management or analysis, specifically using R programming.
• Foundational familiarity with AI-assisted analytical tools and the ability to validate results.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
• Bachelor’s degree in statistics, mathematics, or a related field; advanced degrees are a plus.

Nice to Have

• Experience with base R, tidyverse, data.table, and ggplot2.
• Knowledge of pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics datasets.
• Previous experience in the biopharma sector or clinical trial environments.
