Sales Assistant - Airport Retail

About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Sales Assistant - Airport Retail to join our team at WHSmith. As a Sales Assistant, you’ll provide exceptional customer service and work independently or as part of a team to deliver our fantastic store standards. This role is perfect for those who are passionate about creating a positive shopping experience for customers.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional customer service to all our customers, ensuring their needs are met.
• Carry out stock replenishment, keeping the store tidy and inviting for customers to shop.
• Maintain high standards of display and visual merchandising to help customers find what they're looking for easily.
• Support colleagues and work effectively as part of a team.
• Adapt to meet company requirements and goals, demonstrating flexibility in your approach.

Requirements

• Passion for providing customers with an exceptional experience in store.
• Confident communication skills within the team and with customers.
• Motivated to achieve fantastic results and maintain high standards.
• Ability to cover a variety of shifts between 03:00-23:00 over 7 days a week.
• 5 years of continuous references required for airport pass application.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in retail or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of visual merchandising standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
