About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Data Center Technician to join our team at Indotronix Avani Group. This Data Center Technician remote position offers an exciting opportunity to advance your career in a dynamic environment. You will work onsite in Dalton, Georgia, with a focus on server hardware and support.

What You'll Do

  • Perform hands-on work with server hardware, including CPU, memory, power supply, and GPU replacements.
  • Execute server swaps and deployments efficiently.
  • Replace server components such as CPUs, memory, power supplies, and GPUs.
  • Follow the provided Plan of Action (POA) from support teams.
  • Stay current with technology through continuous learning and company announcements.
  • Handle the physical demands of the job, including heavy lifting.
  • Work shifts and be on-call as required.
  • Assist with water cooling server setups when necessary.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 4-6 years of experience in a related field.
  • Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required.
  • Experience working on servers, including wiring and hardware.
  • Familiarity with Linux is a plus.
  • Ability to build PCs and stay updated on technology trends.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with water cooling systems.
