About the Role

We are seeking a talented Data Analytics & Reporting Lead to join our team in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will be responsible for leading data analytics initiatives and reporting for Trade Promotion Management (TPM) within the FMCG sector. You will play a crucial role in enhancing our data capabilities and driving insights that influence strategic decisions.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the development and implementation of data analytics strategies to optimize trade promotions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver actionable insights.
  • Utilize advanced analytical tools such as Power BI and ETL processes to create comprehensive reports.
  • Ensure data quality and governance throughout the analytics lifecycle.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts in best practices for data analysis and reporting.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically in Trade Promotion Management.
  • Strong proficiency in data visualization tools, particularly Power BI.
  • Experience with data governance and quality assurance processes.
  • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively present findings to stakeholders.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA and data architecture.
  • Knowledge of AI capabilities in data analytics.
  • Project management experience in data-related initiatives.
