DAO Ops Manager - Remote Position

About the Role

We are looking for a DAO Ops Manager to join our dynamic team at Lido.Fi. This remote position is crucial for facilitating the operations of the DAO, ensuring that our processes are efficient and effective for all Lido DAO token holders. As a DAO Ops Manager, you will play a key role in assisting various contributor teams in navigating the complexities of proposal approvals within the DAO’s governance framework.

What You'll Do

• Design and implement processes that enhance decision-making within the DAO.
• Manage projects and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the protocol and its surrounding processes.
• Liaise with contributor teams and the community to ensure smooth operations.
• Support on-chain transactions and facilitate the overall function of the DAO.
• Advise stakeholders on proposal feasibility and ensure timely progression of stages.
• Resolve any impasses that may arise during the decision-making process.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to set and meet deadlines.
• Technical background with familiarity in Python and/or JavaScript.
• Degree in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, or Computer Science.
• Proficient in English with exceptional writing skills.
• Fast learner with a passion for cryptocurrency.
• Knowledge of Russian is a plus.

• Experience in DAO operations or governance.
• Familiarity with blockchain technology and its applications.
• Previous experience in project management.
