Cybersecurity Analyst - Remote Opportunity with Relocation Support

We are seeking a Cybersecurity Analyst to join our dynamic team at Northrop Grumman. What You'll Do
- Lead projects involving the certification and accreditation of classified systems.
- Develop and implement the Risk Management Framework (RMF) package.
- Mentor Junior Cybersecurity Analysts on full life cycle activities including assessments, monitoring, and vulnerability scanning.
- Perform systems vulnerability analysis and lead Security Test and Evaluation (STE) procedures for accreditation.
- Manage the development of Plan of Actions and Milestones (POA&M) for cybersecurity initiatives.
Requirements
- Associate's degree with 7 years of experience, Bachelor's degree with 5 years, or Master's degree with 3 years of experience in cybersecurity.
- Must have a current DoD 8570 IAM Level II Certification (e.g., CAP, CASP+ CE, SecurityX) on the first day of employment.
- Minimum DoD Top Secret level security clearance required.
- Experience with NIST and Risk Management Framework (RMF) is essential.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Special Access Program (SAP/SAR) clearance.
Nice to Have
- Experience mentoring junior staff in cybersecurity practices.
- Familiarity with advanced cybersecurity technologies and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
