Customs Supervisor - Bilingual Remote Position
About the Role
Join ZF as a Customs Supervisor in a bilingual remote position. As a Customs Supervisor, you will oversee import and export functions, ensuring compliance with international customs regulations. This role is crucial for maintaining efficient logistics operations and requires a strong understanding of customs processes.
What You'll Do
- Manage import and export functions for raw materials and finished products.
- Control inventory of fixed assets and consigned equipment.
- Ensure compliance with Annex 24 in the customs system.
- Report to the Ministry of Finance and Economy.
- Maintain current certifications such as OEA, CIVA, and CITPAT.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade or a related field.
- Advanced conversational English is mandatory.
- 3 years of experience in logistics as a Supervisor, with at least 5 years in Customs.
- Strong knowledge of international customs processes (USA) and Mexican Customs laws and regulations.
- Experience with the PRISMA customs system is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and ideally Power BI; experience with SAP for fixed asset control is a plus.
- Monthly reconciliations and VCM calculations.
