What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails.

- Maintain a deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPIs.

Requirements
- Native Italian speaker with English proficiency at B2 level.
- At least 1 year of experience in customer support.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download, 40 Mbps upload).

- Experience in logistics or transportation.
