About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Customer Success Specialist to join our team remotely. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in eBL and commodities trading to enhance customer satisfaction and drive success for our clients. As a Customer Success Specialist remote, you will play a crucial role in supporting our clients in the logistics and supply chain sectors.

What You'll Do

  • Provide exceptional customer support to enterprise-level clients in the commodities trading sector.
  • Utilize your knowledge of eBL and bulk shipping operations to assist clients effectively.
  • Manage and execute trade documentation, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients to optimize their logistics processes and improve overall efficiency.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance service delivery.

Requirements

  • Fluent English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Experience in customer success, particularly in a B2B environment.
  • Professional background in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Hands-on experience with bulk shipping operations and trade execution.
  • Familiarity with agricultural commodities and related documentation, including Bills of Lading.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields.
  • Personal laptop or PC required.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience in trading companies dealing with grains or oilseeds.
  • Knowledge of electronic Bills of Lading (eBL) and maritime documentation.
