Customer Success Manager - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our team remotely. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of approximately 80 customers, ensuring their success and satisfaction with our logistics technology solutions. As a Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue retention and structured account growth.
What You'll Do
- Own the strategic management of customer accounts, focusing on revenue protection and expansion.
- Maintain a revenue retention rate of ≥95% through proactive risk mitigation and structured renewal planning.
- Generate a minimum of 3 qualified expansion opportunities per quarter in our CRM.
- Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to engage stakeholders and align on value realization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated customer strategy and early risk escalation.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Strategic Account Management, or similar roles.
- Proven track record of protecting renewals and generating expansion within a defined book of business.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to lead renewal discussions confidently.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and maintaining data hygiene.

- Experience in Export/Trade Compliance.
- Familiarity with logistics and supply chain technology.
