Customer Success Manager (Remote) - B2B SaaS
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Customer Success Manager to join our team at Ideals. This Customer Success Manager remote position is an exciting opportunity to support our growth in the B2B SaaS market. You will play a crucial role in re-engaging past clients and expanding our Advisory client base. If you have a growth mindset and strong relationship-building skills, this role is perfect for you!
What You'll Do
- Map and perform outreach activities, including cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages.
- Present our products to customers through demonstrations, onboarding, and training sessions.
- Research potential clients to identify their expected value from our products.
- Engage with clients throughout their product journey to ensure a positive experience, increasing adoption and retention.
- Proactively reactivate churned clients and seek referrals for additional projects.
- Monitor client activity in our Virtual Data Room (VDR) and address potential issues promptly.
- Establish and nurture strong client relationships to enhance loyalty and achieve trusted partner status.
- Participate in project activities aimed at improving the Customer Success process and introducing new initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a full sales cycle position.
- Strong business communication skills in English; proficiency in Italian and Spanish is required.
- Knowledge of effective sales techniques for handling objections, negotiating, and closing deals.
- Enthusiasm for taking on additional tasks and a proactive work ethic.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt based on feedback.
- Proficiency in building rapport with a results-driven mindset.
Nice to Have
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling.
- Background in a customer success-focused environment.
- Previous work experience in the B2B SaaS tech industry.
- Financial background with knowledge of key players and market trends.
- Proficiency in German or French.
