About the Role

We're hiring a Customer Success Engineer to join Aglide's innovative team. This remote opportunity allows you to work closely with our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. As a Customer Success Engineer, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to automate and secure essential applications for our clients.

What You'll Do

  • Engage directly with customers to onboard and configure Aglide for their specific applications, ensuring they achieve value quickly.
  • Diagnose and triage bugs, acting as the first line of support when issues arise, utilizing your debugging skills to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Provide feedback to the engineering team, translating customer experiences into actionable insights for product improvements.
  • Work on platform enhancements, picking up engineering projects that directly impact customer satisfaction.
  • Spend meaningful time with customers, becoming a trusted partner in their workflows and addressing their needs promptly.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of software experience, with a solid understanding of production software and the ability to debug live codebases.
  • Excellent debugging skills combined with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical customers.
  • Strong customer instincts, with a knack for listening and identifying the root causes of problems.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving, with a bias for action and the ability to escalate issues when necessary.
  • Experience with TypeScript, Postgres, Electron, or web automation tools like Puppeteer or Selenium is a plus.

Nice To Have

  • Familiarity with identity management tools such as Okta or 1Password.
  • Background in solutions engineering or technical account management.
  • Experience with security concepts, including zero-trust and end-to-end encryption.
