Customer Success Director - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Success Director - Remote to join our dynamic team at Jobgether. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving revenue growth within key strategic accounts while fostering strong client relationships. As a Customer Success Director, you will utilize your expertise to enhance the job search experience for candidates by ensuring high service levels and customer satisfaction standards.

What You'll Do

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales account plans for each customer.
• Analyze revenue trends and identify sales opportunities to maximize growth.
• Conduct quarterly and annual client business reviews to assess performance and strategize improvements.
• Manage cross-functional resources to optimize revenue opportunities and enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customer and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the market.
• Document and manage action plans for assigned clients effectively.
• Prepare and deliver contracts and proposal responses to meet client needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7-10 years of proven experience in sales account management.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with complex solutions for strategic accounts.
• Ability to manage up to 50 hours of work weekly as needed.
